Waterfalls

Saxon Falls in the Spring

We've got them in abundance.  As our rivers race northward toward Lake Superior, more than 30 cascades surround the Hurley Area.  Here we'll share a look at a dozen with public access in Iron County.  Yet there are even more in every direction, particularly on the Black River Scenic Byway, which begins in the neighboring upper peninsula, about five miles from Hurley.  Whether you come to simply look, take pictures, enjoy nature's beauty, or find the vitalized mist rising from a waterfall, where micro molecules maximally absorb atmospheric oxygen to be healthful refresher, we welcome you.
