Winter Medallion

WEEKLY HUNT ANNOUNCEMENT

(Runs every week until all three parts are found!)

This year’s medallion hunt features a three-part wooden medallion.
To win, your team must turn in all three parts together, and three team members must be physically present (one representing each piece) when you submit them.
This hunt is all about collaboration!

Who Can Participate?

• The contest is open to teams only, not individual competitors.
• A team must consist of at least three people in order to meet the “one person per part at turn-in” requirement.
  • Teams may search together or split up—your strategy is up to you!
  • Anyone on the team may find a piece; it does not matter which team member finds which part.

What Does “One Person Present for Each Part” Mean?

• This requirement applies at the time of turning in the completed medallion,not at the time the piece is found.
• When your team submits all three pieces:
  • Three team members must be present,
  • Each representing one of the medallion parts,
  • Regardless of who actually found each piece.

Search Area

All three pieces are hidden in the Northern part of Iron County (anywhere with a Hurley address or farther north).

Prize

🏆 $150 to the winning team

Photo & Name Publication Rule

As in previous years:
Whoever turns in the completed medallion agrees to have their team name, individual names, and a photo published in Hurley Chamber of Commerce marketing materials.
