The meeting was called to order by Carly Lanctoe at 10:02 am.
Board members present: Steve, Kelly, David, Gary, and Carly.

Website Accessibility
- Community members noted that the Board of Directors list is not accessible via website navigation.

Letter of Intent
- Annie submitted a letter of intent to join the Board of Directors.
Tourism & Winter Advertising Concerns
Several commenters expressed concerns regarding:
- Lack of winter tourism advertising and absence of winter promotion in reports.
- Perceived gap between Chamber's mission (tourism promotion) and the current advertising focus.
- Desire to see representation in snowmobile/ATV publications and seasonal tourism media.
- Concern about a Chamber-signed letter to the editor that was interpreted as discouraging commercial development.
- Requests for clarity on whether the Board had directed outreach to businesses regarding development projects.
Board Response:
Acknowledged gaps in winter promotion and agreed that improved seasonal advertising is needed. Weather and event cancellations contributed to limited winter efforts, but improvements are planned.

6.1 WEDC & Conference Recap
- Main takeaways: relationship-building, transparency, and structured community engagement.
- Emphasis on advance planning and consistent communication.
- Staff will prepare a consolidated written conference summary for the Board.
6.2 Map Advertising
- Small map ad submitted and approved.
- Lack of winter photo assets noted; Chamber will begin building a local photo and media archive.
6.3 Office Report
- Social media engagement continues to grow; reach expanding to out-of-state audiences.
- Community event listings have been grouped and reorganized.
- Ongoing work: website committee page, volunteer sign-up portal, member communications.

7.1 Fun Frost Family Event
- Date: December 13, 12–3 PM.
- Activities confirmed: Santa, elves, library reading, movie, craft-making (DAP sponsorship), cake/sweet walk, vendors.
- Lions Club sponsoring bounce house.
- Food options under review pending health department requirements.
7.2 Visitor Guide Committee
- Committee formed: Rita, Carly, and community volunteers (including possibly Marcy when available).
- First meeting scheduled: Monday, December 1 at 3:00 PM, Chamber office.
- Estimated 4–6 month production timeline.
7.3 Memorial Day Committee
- Historically limited participation; Board seeking 1–2 members plus public volunteers.
- Carly will serve on the committee.
- The website and social media will publicize volunteer opportunities.
7.4 Budget Workshop
- Scheduled for Tuesday, December 3 at 1:00 PM.
7.5 Code of Conduct
- Code of Conduct reviewed.

7.6 Membership Structure Review
- Current structure explained ($50 nonprofits/ clubs, $100 online, $200 brick-and-mortar).
- Issues identified: inconsistent prorating, varied past practices, and unclear renewal processes.
- The Board will prepare 2–3 structured membership system options.
- Options will be presented at the December Annual Meeting for member feedback.
- Staff will contact expired members regarding renewal eligibility before the meeting.
