Smoking Meats
Back by popular demand, join us for Smokin’ Meats with Discovery Center’s Ryan, Don, and Jenna at the North Lakeland Discovery Center, where we’ll explore the art and science of smoking and curing meats in a fun, relaxed setting. Learn traditional methods, modern techniques, and simple recipes you can try at home. No experience needed. We’ll wrap up on the porch to sample the results and enjoy some cold beverages. Come hungry, you’ll leave full! Space is limited to 20 participants, so sign up early to join us for this laid-back, flavorful experience! Registration required by 11/8/26.
