Free blood pressure checks Lipid Panel – $20 Fasting Blood Sugar – $5 A1C – $15 Hemoglobin – $5*Fasting after midnight is recommended for fasting lab work.
Flu vaccines are also available! Trivalent and High-Dose vaccines (for those who qualify).Please bring all current insurance cards for your flu vaccine, including Medicare, Medicaid, supplemental, and private insurance cards.
